The Complete, Unquestionable, and Total Failure of...

... Teachers: kids fail and drop out.

... Lifeguards: people drown.

... Police Officers: crimes are committed.

... Firemen: houses burn down.

... Priests: people sin.

... Parents: kids [pick a verb].

Brain freeze - I can't remember why I am doing this... Oh, because there was a (really somewhat masterful FUD) piece denigrating information security here. I eagerly await his Part 2 solution to the problem of failed security. I am going to go out on a limb and predict that he will recommend Mo' Better Security (tm). Something failing? We need more of it, of course.
